From a family trade to a Southern African supply operation.
Vic Bay has been manufacturing apparel for nearly three decades, growing from a family trading business into one of Southern Africa's more established promotional blanks operations, built around resellers who depend on consistent stock, reliable quality, and a supplier they can actually call.
Dave McClenaghan and his wife Veronique began by trading T-shirts in KwaZulu-Natal before building a full manufacturing operation on the Garden Route. From there, Vic Bay invested in bringing yarn, knitting, dyeing, cutting, and sewing under one roof, creating the production depth needed to serve a growing reseller market with confidence.
Today, Vic Bay supplies resellers and distributors across Southern Africa, reaching Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, and into Namibia. The range is built around promotional blanks including T-shirts, hoodies, golfers, and kidswear, designed to be branded, sold, and reordered.
